Harry joined Footprint Architects in July 2018 after graduating from the Arts University Bournemouth. During his studies before university, he developed strong skills in a range of different fields, including; fashion, web design, corporate identity and branding, and architectural design. It was at college where he realised architecture was the greatest challenge to focus his passion.
During his third year studies, Harry was awarded the prize of best dissertation for his Research by Making project and was subsequently nominated by the Arts University Bournemouth for the RIBA Dissertation President’s Medal 2018. His views on the importance of truth and honesty within architecture, and passion for details, were the topic of the essay – completed alongside a making project looking at a variety of different joinery techniques and materials.
Outside of work Harry enjoys football, music, playing guitar and piano, and maintains his interest in varying fields of design by completing projects ranging from corporate identity and branding, to creative direction for musicians.
