Avon house is an existing 2 story dwelling in need of renovation and extension works to make the property suitable for family living. The proposal includes a first floor extension and new garage, as well as general refurbishment throughout the property to tie together elements of the old and new.

The design references the surrounding area through it use of timber and dark cladding, reducing the impact of the proposal on the site and allowing the property to complement the character of both the existing dwelling and site.
