The new two-storey classroom development provides a bespoke learning environment to accommodate up to 48 young people with severe and complex needs. Constructed by Modulek UK the building uses the latest off-site construction techniques and features a mono-pitch roof and timber cladding.
During the construction phase Footprint Architects used the latest 3D modelling software to present an augmented reality workshop with pupils. Wearing high resolution VR headsets the children were able to explore their new learning space whilst they were still being constructed.

The project was completed in July 2017.
