Footprint Architects were commissioned in December 2016 to act Design Guardian for the construction phase of this project.

Consisting of a replacement club house the project arranged over 3 floors includes new male and female and family changing rooms, youth training rooms, a lounge and restaurant, bar, committee rooms and external terrace areas with 180 degree views over the marina to poole harbour and Brownsea island.

Our role included the review of contractors proposals and design development and regular involvement with design issues and coordination meetings for the duration of the project. It included weekly compliance and quality site inspections and snagging on behalf of the club on completion.

The 2 phase project was completed in the spring of 2018.
