Footprint Architects have been involved in the buildings change of use to office space. The aim of the project is to improve the current condition of the building, lifting the internal spaces and giving them a new lease of life. In order to achieve a viable new life for the building internal alterations and renovation is required to the historic building. This includes repairs and renovation to the building fabric including the dilapidated roof. Additionally, modern uses require adequate lighting, ventilation and servicing to make them environmentally efficient and suitable for the new and future use.
